Mihran was born on January 27, 1985, in Yerevan, Armenia. He grew up in a talented family, which included his father, mother and older brother. His family moved to California when he was seven years old. Mihran grew up in a houseful of performers. His father was a famous dancer/choreographer, in Armenia, and his mother a singer. It was clear that he was exposed to the world of entertainment at a very young age. He started dancing when he was only seven and looked up to performers such as Fred Astair, James Brown and Michael Jackson. “Big story in a small city” is one of the best and favorite films, the funniest Armenian movie of all time which has earned world wild recognition. This film won in the nomination of “Best Foreign Film” in Beverly Hills Film Festival in 2007, and in DeadCenter Film Festival it won the nomination of “Best Film”. Film is directed by talented director Gor Kirakosyan. It is his first feature film in which he wrote, directed and edited. He traveled for four months promoting his feature film abroad in Armenia, Russia. The feature film is based on true events that changed two families forever. The story, both comical, satirical and a tragedy begins in the city of Yerevan, Armenia. Grigor Janoyan, a professor of agriculture at the University of Yerevan, dies from a freak accident, almost as strange as the events that soon follow. In accordance with Armenian tradition, the relatives bring the deceased into their home for the "viewing" by his friends and family before the burial. The family, consumed with grief fails to realize that the body on the dining room table is not Grigor. A friend of the family, while paying respects, discovers the mistake. Grigors look-a-like, Ruben Pashayan was the head of Armenia’s organized crime families. Trouble is inevitable, but as the story continues it leads to peace, gratitude and the remembrance of love. On July 4 2010, Zaruhi Babayan took part in a charity concert dedicated to the 20th anniversary of children's village "SOS". SOS-Kinderdorf is an independent, non-governmental international development organization which has been working to meet the needs and protect the interests and rights of children since 1949. The Hermann Gmeiner Foundation, as well as individual donors, fund the organization’s activities. There are currently over 60,000 children living in 450 villages operating in 132 countries. An additional 500,000 children receive support through kindergartens, schools and youth centers. July 12, 2010 held a photo exhibition dedicated to the day Vardavar.
