Mikayel Gabrielyan graduated from the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas, class of People's artist of RA, Professor Yu. S. Hayrapetian with excellent marks. Then post – graduate studentship of the Moscow State Conservatory after P. I. Tchaikovsky, class of People's artist of USSR, Professor Merzhanov V. K.
He appeared with concerts in the best concert – halls of Russia and Armenia.
"Albums of my creations, which in my opinion are prayers to God, are designed with my pictures painted with oil paint.
The world, where people live, will be much better and nicer, if every person understands his responsibility before Heaven not only for personal sins, but also for those good steps that he could do, but did not": Mikayel Gabrielyan.
"Mikayel Gabrielyan was my student in the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas from 1989 to 1994. As a student of the Yerevan State Conservatory he took an active part in the musical life of the institution. He always performed perfectly in the concerts of my class, gave solo concerts in the best concert halls of Armenia. He displayed himself as a talented musician, gifted pianist knowing the brilliant technique, boundlessness and expressiveness of performance, richness of sounds. Mikayel Gabrielyan received professional musical education at the Moscow State Conservatory named after P. I. Tchaikovsky, class of the People's artist of USSR V. K. Merzhanov".
