Aram Nikoghosyan is one of the bright and talented representatives of Armenian musical performing art, honored artist of RA, laureate of many prizes and famous tar player. He was born on September 30, 1922 in the city Alexandrapol. Aram grew up in the family of musicians. His father was also a famous tar player. Armenian great ashough Sheram often visited Nikoghosyans' family. He was the good friend of the family. Once listening little Aram's performance Sheram advised to study seriously as he had a big talent. Aram Nikoghosyan two years studied in the musical school of Leninakan. Than his family moved to Yerevan where he began studying in the National Instruments' class of Pioneer palace. Soon he was invited to many concerts and appeared with performances in many regions of Armenia and in many countries of former Soviet Union.
In 1944 Aram Nikoghosyan accompanied famous Armenian singer Araksya Gyulzadyan in Leninakan. Singer was delighted with the performing art of Aram. In the same year Aram entered the National Instruments' ensemble of Radio where he worked up to the end of his life. At the same time he was the conductor of several National Instruments' ensembles. For perfection of his professional education he left for Leningrad and continued his education there. Talented musician has left a big heritage of wonderful creations.
